The Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff YTN has issued a strike warnings concerning universities of applied sciences to the National Conciliator and Sivistysala (Sivista). In addition, YTN has announced a so-called ban on flexibility covering all universities of applied sciences as of 8 April 2026.
Unless a new collective agreement is reached in conciliation before then, announced strikes will be organised.
