Proposal for a new collective agreement for YTN Consulting Sector

YTN (the Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff) and Technology Industry Employers of Finland have agreed on a proposal for a new collective agreement for senior salaried employees of the Consulting Sector. The proposed agreement covers approximately 25 000 senior salaried employees.
The proposal will now be presented to the governance bodies of both the employers’ and employees’ unions. YTN will either approve or reject the proposal early next week. The contents of the proposal is secret until it’s been approved by both parties.
We will share the contents of the new agreement via another newsletter as soon as the agreement has been approved.
The ban on extra work has been lifted
As we reached the agreement on a proposal for a new collective agreement, the ban on extra work has been lifted. If the proposal gets rejected, we may announce new industrial actions.
