Tietotekniikan palvelualan työehtosopimuksen voimassaolo päättyi 31.10.2019, ja alalla ollaan nyt sopimuksettomassa tilassa. Neuvotteluiden on sovittu jatkuvan torstaina 7.11.2019.
“Tähän saakka neuvottelut työnantajaliiton kanssa ovat sujuneet hyvässä hengessä, eikä meillä toistaiseksi ole ollut tarvetta vauhdittaa neuvotteluita painostustoimilla. Kikyn mukainen työajanpidennys sekä palkankorotuskysymykset ovat kuitenkin vielä käsittelemättä, ja ne osoittautuivat varsin hankaliksi kiistakapuloiksi jo keväällä”, toteaa YTN tietoalan sopimusalavastaava Björn Wiemers.
“Vaikka neuvotteluissa on edistytty, olemme varautuneet siihen, että päädymme tilanteeseen, jolloin ne eivät enää etene. Neuvottelutilanteen tekee tällä kertaa erittäin haastavaksi se tosiseikka, että Teknologiateollisuus ry:n työmarkkinajohtaja Minna Helle ehti jo kuukausia ennen neuvottelujen aloittamista julkisuudessa betonoimaan oman kantansa työajanpidennykseen. Ensi torstain neuvotteluiden jälkeen katsomme, onko meillä neuvottelutulos vai junnaavatko neuvottelut paikoillaan. Mikäli neuvottelutulosta ei ole, olemme entistä lähempänä painostustoimien aloittamista”, kertoo Tietoala ry:n puheenjohtaja Jyrki Kopperi.
”Tarvittaessa meillä on valmius ryhtyä toimiin nopeastikin”, sanovat neuvottelijat yhteen ääneen.

No industrial action has yet been taken in the IT services sector
The Collective Agreement of IT service sector expired on October 31, 2019 and the industry is now in no agreement status. Negotiations are expected to resume on Thursday, 7 November 2019.
“So far the negotiations with the employers’ organization have been proceeding well, and by now we have not had any needs to speed up the negotiations with industrial actions. However, the so called “kiky 24 h” working time extension and the salary increases have not yet been in discussions, and they proved to be quite troublesome topics already in the spring”, says Björn Wiemers, YTN negotiator.
“Although progress has been made in the negotiations, we are prepared to end up in a situation where they are no longer in progress. The fact that Minna Helle, the Labor Market Director of the Federation of Finnish Technology Industries, nailed her position on working hours extension in public, several months before the start of negotiations, makes the negotiation situation very challenging this time. After the talks next Thursday, we will see if we have reconciliation or whether the negotiations are not proceeding. If there is no negotiation result, we will be one step closer to industrial actions, “says Jyrki Kopperi, Chairman of Tietoala ry.
“If necessary, we will be ready to act quickly,” the negotiators say with one voice.
