Tietotekniikan palvelualan TES-neuvotteluissa nostettiin kissa pöydälle

Please see the summary in English below.

”Puuro kattilassa on selvästikin jäähtynyt”, jatkaa Tietoala ry:n puheenjohtaja Jyrki Kopperi. ”Saimme esityksen kiky-tunneista ja itse puolestamme esitimme palkankorotusratkaisun. Niin sanotut tekstikysymykset alkavat olla paketissa.”

”Ilmassa on aitoa sopimisen halua”, vahvistaa Wiemers.

Neuvotteluita sovittiin jatkettavan tiistaina 12.11.2019 klo 15.

The ‘kiky working time extension’ and the salary risings finally on the table in the CA negotiations

The negotiations for the collective agreement in the IT service sector between the employees unions Tietoala & YTN tietoala and the employers union Technology Industries of Finland continued today in Helsinki, Eteläranta.

The negotiations started already in September, and the hottest topics were finally been approached today. “The most difficult issues, the salary risings and the so called ‘kiky 24 h working time extension’, haven’t so far been in the discussions. But this time we at least scratched the surface of these trickier topics” says YTN tietoala’s negotiator Björn Wiemers.

“The hottest topics seem to been cooled down a bit. We got an proposal from the employers side about the working time extension and handed out our thoughts about the salary risings. The other topics on the negotiations agenda have now mostly been solved out”, says Tietoala’s chief negotiator Jyrki Kopperi.

“There’s a real feeling of desire to get to an agreement in the air”, confirms Wiemers.

The parties agreed that the negotiations will continue on Tuesday 12.11.2019.
