YTN service industry represents approximately 4,100 senior salaried employees who work in expert and middle management positions. The biggest companies are Finnair, Yleisradio, Posti and VR Group. Most of the service industry companies are organised in Service Sector Employers Palta.
The service industry also contains two independent sectors:
Messaging and logistics sector
The senior salaried employees of Posti form the largest group within the two collective labour agreements of the messaging, logistics and information logistics sector. The collective labour agreements of the sector have been concluded with Service Sector Employers Palta.
Business development organisations
The Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff – YTN and Service Sector Employers Palta have concluded a senior salaried employees’ collective labour agreement applying to business development organisations.
