The competition for competent workforce in the auditing and consulting gets tougher and the work requirements increase. The employer’s attraction has more and more significance in recruiting. The attraction also includes factors relating to work well-being.
According to the YTN data 2017 report, the auditing and consulting sector has the lowest median age of all sectors, the highest actual weekly working hours and the largest number of persons under 30. The weekly actual working hours of the experts in the field is 2 hours more than what the average in YTN is. Almost three out of four (72.3%) feel that the workload is continuously or occasionally too high.
