Shortly about the agreement on salary increases and terms of employment in consulting sector

A collective agreement for senior salaried employees in the planning and design sector was approved on Monday 11 October 2010 by the Executive Board of the Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff (YTN) in line with the recommendation of an industry background group.
The salary settlement under the collective agreement falls in line with the general trend for this autumn, corresponding in both general form and generosity to the 1.5 per cent settlement agreed in the technology industries.
Salary increases will be negotiated locally between shop stewards and employers on or before 15 November and, in the absence of any agreement to the contrary, a general increase of one per cent will be paid, with the employer allocating a further 0.5 per cent in personal increases as of 1 November 2010.
